At John F. Dick Architectural Consultants we specialise in residential extensions, individually designed to your needs.
You as our client are our most important consideration. We always keep in mind that you will have to live in the new space that we provide for you so we make sure that you are 100% happy with the design before any planning permission is sought
In the last seven years we’ve made over 350 successful planning applications.
Securing planning permission is never easy. Success is about not being fearful of Planning Departments. Securing those permissions is a fundamental part of our service. It is something we assume to be our responsibility.
We provide full working drawings with written specifications and calculations to obtain Building Regulation approval, and to enable the builder to construct the project. We will be “on board” through to completion to answer any questions that arise and resolve any problems.
We will quote a fixed fee at the onset, so you as clients are aware of all expenses prior to commissioning the work.
We also provide 3D solutions in the form of stills photomontage and animation to Architectural Practises as well as direct to clients if so required.
